Are returns and exchanges accepted?
Yes, returns and exchanges are accepted if requests are submutted to mymelawin@gmail.com within 14 days of original delivery.
How do I return an item(s)?
Submit a request to mymelawin@gmail.com including: a description of reason for the return, the order number(s), and pictures if item(s) are misprinted/damaged/defective.
May I exchange an item(s)?
In order to fulfil an exchange, your returned items must be in perfect condition and will be subject to inspection. If the items do not pass inspection, our returns department can reject the return request.
